Due to the hygienic and personal nature of our products, all sales are final except where required by applicable law. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after an order has been shipped.

Claims regarding incorrect items must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery and must include the order number, clear photos of the item received, the outer packaging, and the shipping label.

Claims based solely on outer box damage are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange if the product itself is undamaged, unopened, and fully usable.

To be eligible for review, products must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging, unless the claim involves a confirmed defect that could only be discovered upon opening.

If a claim is approved, we may offer a refund or store credit at our discretion. Return shipping will be covered only when the issue was caused by our error. Otherwise, all shipping costs remain the customer’s responsibility.

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, refused, returned, or undeliverable due to incorrect address information, failure to collect the parcel, or customs-related issues outside our control. An order marked delivered by the carrier is considered fulfilled.

Final sale items, promotional items, mystery bundles, free gifts, and items marked non-returnable are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds, when approved, will be issued to the original payment method only and may take several business days to appear depending on the payment provider
